Training Fees

  • Refund requests must be made before class commencement

  • Once training starts, no refunds will be issued

  • Refunds (if approved) may be subject to administrative charges

Exam Vouchers & Third-Party Services

  • Exam vouchers, licenses, and subscriptions are non-refundable once issued

Course Cancellation by Bionic System

If a course is canceled by Bionic System:

  • Students may transfer to another batch

    or

  • Receive a full refund

Refund Policy for Software Work Orders

This Refund Policy applies to all software development, customization, implementation, integration, maintenance, and IT service work orders issued by Bionic System.

1. Scope of Policy

This policy covers:

  • Custom software development

  • Web and mobile application development

  • ERP / CRM / System customization

  • Software integration and API work

  • Software maintenance and support services

2. Advance Payments & Project Initiation

  • All software work orders require an advance payment before project initiation.

  • Advance payments confirm resource allocation, planning, and initial development efforts.

  • Advance payments are strictly non-refundable once work has started.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

3.1 Work Not Started

  • If the client cancels the work order before any work has started, a partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative and processing charges.

3.2 Failure to Deliver as Agreed

  • If Bionic System is unable to deliver the agreed scope of work due to internal reasons, a proportional refund may be issued based on the incomplete portion of work.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following situations:

  • Work has already started or milestones have been delivered

  • Change of mind by the client after approval

  • Delays caused by client-side dependencies (content, approvals, feedback, data access)

  • Client requests changes outside the approved scope

  • Software delivered according to approved specifications

  • Third-party service fees (licenses, hosting, APIs, cloud services, payment gateways)

5. Milestone-Based Payments

  • Projects may be divided into milestones.

  • Payments for completed milestones are non-refundable.

  • Refunds (if any) apply only to unstarted milestones.

6. Acceptance & Approval

  • Client approval of requirements, designs, demos, or deliverables confirms acceptance.

  • Once approved, related payments become non-refundable.

7. Dispute Resolution

  • Any dispute must be reported in writing within 7 working days of delivery.

  • Bionic System will attempt to resolve issues through revision or correction as per agreed scope.

8. Termination by Client

  • If the client terminates the work order mid-project:

    • All completed work will be billed

    • No refund will be issued for completed or in-progress work

9. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
