Gazi Shamsuddin Ayon is a technology leader, entrepreneur, and professional instructor with extensive experience in IT consultancy, business development, and technical training. He currently serves as the Managing Director of Bionic System, where he leads strategic initiatives, technology solutions, and business operations to support digital transformation for organizations.Mr. Ayon has a strong background in professional training and capacity building.

He has worked as a Former Instructor at the IDB-BISEW IT Scholarship Project and the JSF Training Project under United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). Through these roles, he has contributed significantly to developing skilled IT professionals and strengthening technical education programs in Bangladesh.Previously, he also held the position of Head of Business Development at IGNITE Technology, where he was responsible for expanding business operations, developing partnerships, and implementing growth strategies.

In terms of education, he completed his studies under the IDB-BISEW IT Scholarship Project and attended Chandpur Government College and Comilla Victoria Government College, Cumilla. He completed his secondary education at Mohammadpur Janata High School.
